Terms of Service

These terms apply to AI Private Readings with Sara, the AI tarot reader of Arcana Cosmos. Please read them before you buy credits or ask for a reading.
1. Who we are
The AI Private Readings service of Arcana Cosmos (the “Service”) is provided by SONG ANH CREATIVE MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (enterprise code: 0111373945), a company registered in Vietnam with its registered office at 80 Rung Moi Street, Minh Hiep 2 Village, Duong Hoa Commune, Hanoi, Vietnam (“we”). 2. An AI, not a person
Readings are written automatically by an artificial intelligence presented as a character named Sara. Sara is not a human being, has no psychic, mediumistic or supernatural abilities, and does not know you, the people you mention, or the future. Cards are drawn at random by our software.
3. Reflection and entertainment only
Readings are offered for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions, facts or promises, and they are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Do not use a reading to decide about your health, a pregnancy, medication, legal matters, investments or your safety. Always consult a qualified professional for those decisions. You remain solely responsible for your choices.
4. If you are in crisis
The Service is not an emergency or counselling service. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or you are in danger, contact your local emergency number now or find a free helpline at https://findahelpline.com. When a message suggests a crisis, the Service will not give a reading and will not use a credit.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service and buy credits. By using it you confirm that you are.
6. Your app and your readings
Paid readings in the Android app are linked to the app on your device and to your Google Play account (no separate login). You can delete your readings at any time from the app.
7. Credits and payment
Readings are bought as credits in packs. Purchases are made in our Android app through Google Play, which charges you, issues the invoice, handles applicable taxes and handles refunds under Google Play’s policies. Prices are shown before purchase. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you live in the EU or a country with a similar rule, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask us to supply readings immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for each credit once it is used. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. If a reading fails for a technical reason, or is refused for safety reasons, the credit is returned.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service if you are under 18; enter other people’s full names, contact details or other information that identifies them; try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content; use the Service to harass, monitor or control another person; resell or automate access; or attempt to break or overload the Service. We may suspend access to the Service for anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us the rights needed to process it in order to provide your reading. Reading texts are generated for your personal, non-commercial use. Card images come from the 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck in the public domain; the site design and the Sara character belong to us.
11. Privacy
How we handle your questions, including sensitive information you choose to share, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. No guarantee of accuracy
AI can make mistakes, including about card meanings. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Changes and ending the Service
We may change these terms or the Service, giving notice for significant changes. If we stop offering the Service, we will refund unused credits.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If you are a consumer in the EU, Brazil or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts. Contact us first at admin@songanhmedia.com; we aim to reply within 7 days.
